I spoke with a woman today and she indicated I would receive my copy but that it might take 2 to three weeks because I am in the US (New Jersey).

I called again this morning & this time a woman answered. When I told her I
was requesting the book from the U.S., she sounded surprised. She asked for
my phone number in case there was a problem with sending the book to the
U.S. So far no one has called back.
