Subject:      Centennial Olympic Park, 12-3-09

Essentially the same group (as yesterday) of birds was present in blustery COP today. Our flock may be shrinking; but I'm hoping tomorrow will offer better observation conditions (so we can make sure I'm just not missing birds in this wind).

All the birds in the list below were foraging in the two maples (along the road) closest to the corner of COP Drive and Baker Street. I can now count the number of maples in the park with remaining leaves on one hand. Despite the dwindling cover, I did see a TEWA grab a caterpillar successfully today.
