Subject: ORAS birdwalk this Saturday (10/3) at Sandy Creek Nature Center
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Greetings!
This Saturday, October 3rd, the Oconee Rivers Audubon Society will be
hosting a birdwalk at 8am at Sandy Creek Park, and all beginning and
advanced birders are invited to attend! The fall migrants are coming
in hot so it should be a great walk! We will be meeting at the last
parking lot on campsite drive across the dam and bird our way around
the park. Folks showing up for the walk do not have to pay the
entrance fee; however, if people stay and enjoy the park after the
walk, they are asked to pay.
You should wear practical shoes, bring binoculars and field guide,
water if desired, and be sure to dress for the weather.
More information about upcoming ORAS walks as well as trips sponsored
by the Atlanta Audubon Society can be found at:

Any questions about the walk can be sent to walk leader Jonathan Gray
at fieldtrip@oconeeriversaudubon.org.
