Still learning!
On previous post PRWA should have been PRAW
Prairie Warbler PRAW
Prothonotary Warbler PRWA
I use these codes so that I can learn them. It is a fun way to broaden my
knowledge, keep shorthand notes, and communicate with other birders. It
also makes a nice game to play while driving. Learning the correct full
common name is crucial to using these codes. Have fun!

P.S. Marion Dobbs graciously reminded me to use the full common name in the
first reference to a bird when posting. I had jammed a bunch of codes in
the subject line when I was posting several sites and a variety of genus.
