Subject:      S9(11)V9(2) C3 & PHEX7.

Hi All,

Could any one help me out how to read a field  var S9(11)V9(2)C3 into a
non standard sas Format?
The var field has a value -999.99 and when I use  $phex7. eventhough it
reads the value the negative value is not represented .
So which format i have to use so that it take care of the negative or
positive value.
Could anyone help me out and plzz provide me any documents re  garding
this.
