Subject: HLM with binary outcome

Hi. I have a panel data (Time=10, N>500,000). The outcome is binary (1 or 0). I have both individual level (level 1) variables and contextual (level 2) variables.

What would be an apppropiate model for this type of data?

Any references would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

k.
