Dear Tom,

This is not 'SPTM' but 'SDTM' it satnds for 'Study Data Tabulation Model'. This model is provided by Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) for submission of Case Report Tabulations datasets to regulatory alongwith Clinical Study Report.
