A Brown Creeper was an early morning Christmas present in our Decatur
backyard today. Pine Siskins have been visiting the feeders most days this
week.
At the Atlanta Audubon Sanctuary on Gaylemont Circle in the Medlock
neighborhood yesterday 12/24, we encountered 30 species in about 1 hour.
Nice little sparrow spot. There were Chipping, Field, White-throated, and
Song Sparrows present. Pine Siskins were there also.
At the old Decatur Waterworks ruins, we found a Golden-crowned Kinglet.
Good birding and peace to all.
