I read your SAS-L post with great interest.

I am concerned, however, that I cannot find a LinkedIn profile for you, and, also, that the link you provided on the post is "broken."

There are several thriving SAS-related groups on LinkedIn, none of which, in my opinion, is "watered down."

I am sure that I am not the only person on SAS-L with a LinkedIn account who would be interested to know from you the following:

1) Who you are and by whom you are employed: 2) Link to your own LinkedIn profile 3) Reason(s) why you assert that other SAS-related LinkedIn groups are "watered down" 4) What "your" LinkedIn group will specifically do that distinguishes it from other SAS-related groups on that site 5) On what do you base your assertion that "your" LinkedIn group will include a "vast majority [of members] will use SAS regularly." Do you mean that the group will be composed of people who ARE presently using SAS or who WILL use SAS in the future? Either way, what proof/ evidence do you have of this claim?
