I think we'd need to see the error messages you are getting. Are the
macros being compiled but not found when you try to execute them?
I'm also not sure what you mean by "regularly" vs. "in batch mode". Is
the %INCLUDE working correctly in batch? You may need to specify a
directory name in the %include, or change the default directory.
