Erika,

I haven't taken that particular course but did take 6 courses from SAS Institute last year and found them to be excellent. Check out the "Live Web" option; you call into a conference call and see the slides on your desktop via MS Meeting.

Hey SAS Users!

I'm thinking of taking the "Advanced Reporting Techniques" course offered by SAS and I was wondering if anyone else has taken it and their thoughts on the course. The Description is below:

Thanks to everyone for their feedback!

Advanced Reporting Techniques

This course concentrates on producing reports by using advanced features and techniques of the REPORT, TABULATE, and FORMAT procedures. You also learn how to customize SAS output and produce advanced reports using the Output Delivery System (ODS).

Learn how to

create and enhance advanced detail and cross tabular reports using the REPORT procedure

create and enhance advanced tabular reports using the TABULATE procedure

create and deploy styles and templates that determine the overall appearance of reports

use the DATA step to create custom reports.

Who should attend: SAS programmers, report writers, and business analysts who are already familiar with basic report writing techniques
