Hiya

I have mananged to circumvent most of the problems I had yesterday,
however, I still need to find a way to remove the single blank line
following the title, and the 2 blank lines preceding the footnote.
Is there any way this can be achieved?

Is there any way that I can apply a different style to the title and
footnote?

I have attempted to search the online documentation, but cannot find
anything relavent.
