Hi All, There is some ambiguity in using proc compare procedure. What are the options to be used if I need to see the differences between two datasets on one or more variables. For example if dataset A has var1 and var2 as variables and dataset b has var1 and var2 variables. Now I would like to see the if there is any difference in these variables between the two datasets:

I still confused with id ,var etc used as part of the procedure. Any help on this is appreciated.
