Hi there,

The principal component analysis is designed to provide graphical representations of the correlations within a set of continuous variables. The multiple correspondence analysis is designed to do the same for a set of categorical variables.

But what if my set of variables contains both types ? Is there any factorial technique that may help provide pictures of the association between the variables ?

Kind regards,

Catherine.
