My dim memory from being on the WUSS EC during that time frame is that the group never posted their conference proceedings on line. You may want to go to the WUSS web site (www.WUSS.org) and email some folks who are currently on the EC to see if they might have CDs with the conference proceedings you are seeking. We used to give the leftover Proceedings (hardcopy, then as CDs) to our local users groups, but someone might have one left they can share with you.
