Not sure you posted in the right forum.
My guess would be that you're not using the correct raster files. The
GIS files output several files with the same name and different
extensions and ArcGIS needs all of them. I think the attribute table
usually refers to the dbf that you used to create this data or that
has the source information. My best guess would be to export the grid
file to a shape file and then import that, but it's been a while since
I've used ArcGIS. Try posting on the ESRI forum on their website,
it's pretty helpful.
