Subject:      EG won't let me change size on screen

I'm not sure what I did, but when I load EG (version 4.1, running under
WinXP), I only see the app in the Task Bar.  If I right-click on it, I can
select Maximize and have EG fill the entire screen.  If I hit minimize, it
vanishes from the screen (only the icon in the Task Bar remains).  I don't
see any way to resize it now.  I've tried searching SAS-L and the SAS
Institutute Support section, but I don't see anything relevant.  Have any
of you encountered this and solve it?
