UPLAND SANDPIPERS numbers are growing at the Marshallville sod farm, Macon
Co., which is the most reliable site in GA for this species,

Bank Swallow reported there Aug 1 was not found and the only other
shorebirds were LEAST SANDPIPERS.
The Perry Sod Farm off Hwy 96 just N of Perry, just E of I75, was quiet on
Aug 4 with no sign of the possible BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPER seen Aug 1.
A variety of shorebirds continue at the Taff Rd / Brandon Farm Rd area of
Bartow County with the following present on Aug 4:
SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER, LESSER YELLOWLEGS, SOLITARY SANDPIPER, SPOTTED
SANDPIPER, LEAST SANDPIPER

A STILT SANDPIPER was seen Jul 31.

14 MISSISSIPPI KITES were seen Aug 4 in Macon Co. along Juice Plant Rd off
hwy 127 E of Marshallville.
