Can anybody help me out with this?

I have the follwoing fields in an excel file :

county qocS delS qocT delT qocC delC qocY delY qocK delK prac mini howmuch havewill howlongwill whoprep chanwill cno kb ka ab aa needinfo pecincl pecwill paincl pawill lwincl lwwill pceincl pcewill pcgincl pcgwill pitincl pitwill age landowned acresforested yrsowned yrbeeninfly you spo child1 number2 children3 relative1 relative2 relative3 seemoreedu

The fields numbr2 , children 3 , relatives 1 , 2 and 3 have several missing values in it and hence I think SAS recognises these as text field though I have few numerical values.

Can somebody help me out this?
