As most of you may have figured out, I misread Jim Throckmorton's post.  I visited Lake Rabun, not Lake Burton where Jim was.  I saw Rabun (county) a couple of times in his post and totally skipped the Burton part.  That made it pretty tough finding the merganser and goldeneyes.
