When I worked on it more than ten years agy it was just a set of macros with the code in it to decode the system performance and utilization records and turn them into sas datasets. It had no GUI front end when I worked on it. I even wrote the code to decode the RMF III VSAM files and that got distributed with MXG software. I was/am listed on their web site as a "code shark".
