The key abbreviations are:
Expand all blocks: Alt + Ctrl + Number pad+
Expand current block: Alt + Number pad+
Collapse all blocks: Alt + Ctrl + Number pad-
Collapse current block: Alt + Number pad-
Toggle current block: Alt + Number pad*
