Continue on the keys:

Under Unix(at least for AIX) for the Program Editor, SAS assigns "submit" to the "End" key by default. The End key normally means to go the end of line under Windows so you may get the big surprise when you hit it, thinking you want to go the end of line or thinking you are hitting the Home key.

Anyway, just bring up the Keys window and blank out the "submit" for the End key.
