To my friends and associates who responded to my email about my employer, Full Capture Solutions, seeking additional SAS talent.

I must apologize that FCSI has not contacted you concerning our decision to seek an interview with you.

Our Chief Modeling Officer (CMO) was suppose to review your resumes and decide if there was an interest in having you come in for an interview. In addition, our CMO was suppose to let each of you know what is happening with your resume.

To make this brief and to the point, our CMO has left FCSI for a high level position with ISO (Insurance Services Offices) in the beginning of October and we have been extremely busy trying to clone our CMO’s brain and experience so that we can continue with our products / services without his presence.

It was a grueling month in brainstorming and training sessions to pick his brain and absorb as much as possible to ensure we have all the information as possible to continue with our modeling strategies and methodologies.

So, I must apologize on behalf of our outgoing CMO and say that FCSI regrets that you were not contacted sooner than this about your interest with FCSI.

Currently, we are re-organizing and dividing up the workload which is keeping us from looking at new talent to help us succeed in the field of Text Mining Analytics.

My sincerest regrets. I am hoping we can re-start our skills search for talented people starting in the New Year and will re-visit / review your submitted resumes to determine if there is interest in having a phone interview with you.

Chuck Patridge Sr. Data Scrounger FCSI
