Subject: SAS and SQL server

Hi,

I have SAS on my PC and the sql server is on the Metaframe citrix server. Basically both are on different machines. Now I would like to access database residing on the sql server from SAS. But can it be done? Is it possible to let SAS talk from one machine to the SQL server residing on the other machine?

OR is there nay other good way of accessing the database on sql server from SAS, when both are on different machines?

Any ideas or suggestions? I would appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance.
