Limpkin Clay-colored Sparrow Lark Sparrow Broadwinged Hawk Roseate Spoonbill Gray Kingbirds Peregrine Falcon Anhinga Red-breasted Nuthatch

Pierre Howard reported a Limpkin was recently photographed by James Holland in Wayne County near the Altalmaha River at the Sansivilla WMA near Williamsburg Landing. http://www.listserv.uga.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A2=ind0609&L=gabo-l&F=&S=&P=21502

Dan Vickers reported a Clay-colored Sparrow at the Altamaha WMA south of Darien in Macintosh County. The bird was 50 yards from the observation tower on the east side of Hwy 17. 4 Roseate Spoonbills were sighted on 9/16 near Brunswick on a hammock on the right side of Hwy 17 S just past the Jekyll Island Causeway. The hammock is off the right before you get to the woods.

At Kennesaw Mountain on 9/21 a Bald Eagle and 3 Broadwinged Hawks were sighted.

Carol Lambert had 15 Broadwinged Hawks at E. L. Huie also on 9/21.

Al Mercer reported from the Johnson's Ferry Road section of the Chatahootchee National Recreation Area a probable Least Flycatcher and Acadian Flycatcher as well as several warblers. http://www.listserv.uga.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A2=ind0609&L=gabo-l&F=&S=&P=21726

John Pagett reports that the Anhinga in Forsythe County at Twin Lakes remains.

Jack Carusos reported 3 Red-breasted Nuthatches from the Cochran Shoals Unit of the Chatahootchee National Recreation Area.
