My current problem is as follows. I have a dataset with time info from various timezones. I'm trying to normalize all the times for EST.

An example of the problem is SAS will convert 22:00 PST to 25:00 EST - which teradata reads as an invalid time.

What is the easiest way to have SAS convert say 11:00p.m. PST 1/1/2000 to 2:00a.m. EST 1/2/2000?

Any help would be much appreciated.
