I am trying to read between the lines here and get a better understanding of
what you are looking for. Your language is a bit vague so bear with me.
Go to the following link:

...and download paper, id #5 "Step by Step Guide for Developing Your First
.NET SAS Project"
Read it first and see if that is what you are looking for. If so, then I
would suggest doing the paper step-by-step and getting it working first.
Then you can go on to bigger and better things.
The paper is focused on Winforms but the same basic steps would apply to a
web application.
