Hari,
The truth is that it can be thrown open to the entire concerned universe.
Only some small minded political decision could make it otherwise. Lately,
I have been researching the rapidly developing Web Conferencing
technologies. I have found virtually free products/services that I am going
to use in my free distance SAS Component Language course (How to replace
Antiquated Macro Language code with more modern, object-oriented,
data-step-like, SAS Component Language code.) Check out Skype in
particular. Also the following link lists some of the vendors offering web
conferencing products/services:
http://www.capterra.com/web-conferencing-solutions. It's very easy. Anyone
can do it virtually for free. We could have as many of these as we wish
from as many presenters as we wish as often as we wish.
