Dear all,

My database looks like this

id treatment1 dose1 treatment2 dose2 ...treatment18 dose18 Pt1 A 10 B 5 . . Pt2 C 20 . . . . Pt3 B 5 D 20 E 1 ...

So, I have one line per patient and 18 groups of 2 columns for each treatment. I'd like to have as many lines for each patient as he had treatments : 2 lines for patient1, 1 line for patient2, 18 lines for patient3 :

id treatment dose Pt1 A 10 Pt1 B 5 Pt2 C 20 Pt3 B 5 Pt3 D 20 ... Pt3 E 1

Any help would be very appreciated

Thanks

Stéphanie
