I am trying to use Robohelp to create a .CHM help file and am having
trouble setting up context sensitive help, i.e. people click on the help
button in SAS and I want it to open up a particular page within the .CHM
file.  Can anyone explain how to do this?  I can get the entire .CHM file
to open to its default first page using the HELP attribute on a FRAME, but
how to direct which page in the .CHM file should be opened?
