You idea is fantastiic. But I have 25 tables like that and have 7 minutes for each to add those rows. I am just modifying those programs. I do not think my employee will allow me to go to inside the program and look for the code. Morever I just gave you a part the dataset. The original datasets are lot more complecated than what I have posted and the original programmer has used too many global and local macro. The fastest way is to add the rows. So please be kind enough to help me out with that Thanks
