I went through a certification program at the Philadelphia College of
Textiles and Science in 1998, which helped me jump from being a
financial sas programmer to a clinical SAS programmer. The cost was
around 10K and it took about 6 months. Things may be different now.
The person in charge of the program at that time was Ellen Brookstein
who worked for a CRO named Covance.
