Hari,

I've ordered books from www.riskbooks.com over the last six months and have been pretty satisfied. They have a number of titles on operational risk in their library. The books are pricey (and so is shipping) but it is the best source that I've found so far. The two books that I've ordered don't deal with SAS or have examples in SAS but are more theory and model application.

Phil
