The Great Horned Owls are finally back! A lot of the large pine trees have been cleared to make room for more Townhomes. The Owls were nesting in that area. We didn't hear them at all last year. My wife woke me up this morning to the sounds of them calling back & forth. Maybe there's still hope they will nest in this area again. Also, I think our Bluebird couple have finally chosen a box. Maybe we will see fledlings before long.
