Hi,

Im looking for the paper "Using Proc Mixed in Hierarchical Linear
Models: Examples from two- and three- level school-effect analysis, and
meta-analysis research" by Sawako Suzuki and Ching Fan Sheu, Depaul
University, Chicago.

I searched in google and got the link
http://140.111.162.102/psy/PsyFile/sas/paper23.pdf but when I try to
open/download the paper I get a timeout error. I also tried using the
link http://www.kcasug.org/mwsug1999/pdf/paper23.pdf which I got from
reference section of a particular proc mixed paper but getting the same
timeout error in accessing the doc. (Im not getting such problems with
opening ther sites)

If somebody has some other link for the paper please let me know (or
otherwise if somebody has the above paper, could they please forward it
to me).
