Hi,

I have a problem that I need to solve and I can't find a way around it (other than with Excel).

I have a series of odds ratio with their confidence intervals, and they are grouped as:

Pollutant / exposure time (first month, first trimester, last month, last trimester,

and the whole pregnancy period) / exposure categories (exposure was categorized on quartiles,

so is no longer a continuous variable).

For each pollutant I would like to obtain a graph with odds ratio that groups exposure times and within each

Exposure time I have these 3 or 4 bars with the odds ratios for the effects q1vs q2, q1 vs q3, q1 vs q4.

Therefore I don't want an X axis with time but with categories and subcategories (I know gchart can do something on this vein, but

I am not sure it is possible and how with gplot). Any suggestion is most welcomed.

Sincerely

Cornel Lencar, MF
