It didn't come with my distribution either, and had to be request.  At the
time, it was not ready for Prime time.  It is now included on the DVD.

We are having a difference of opinion. I heard at PNWSUG from a SAS Inst
Presenter that it is.  Someone here says we need a separate license. I
can't find it and cannot believe our corporate support didn't load all
of those CDs on the server. Where is it then?
