Greetings to the Learned SAS-L Community.

I get an error but I do not know how to decipher it. What does the following error message mean?:

Matrix X'WX is singular and a generalized inverse was used to solve the normal equations. Estimates are not unique.

What are its implications, if any?

Thanks in advance.

P
