Just a quick note that Earl Horn and I observed a Dickcissel (and a few Grasshopper Sparrows) along Staples Dairy Rd. south of Lowell, Carroll Co. near the intersection of Liberty Church Rd., a little north of where they have been found for the past several years:

We also stopped by EL Huie shortly before it closed this evening (7pm)...Still 3 White-rumped Sandpipers, 5 Semipalmated Sandpipers, and a pair (male + female) of Blue-winged Teal in the big south pond.
