| Subject: | SAS management console |
|
Hi,
I've got sas 9.1.2, installed, my latests licence applied and ready to go,
but when I try to use management console I am unable to get past the
metadata repository wizard. My SAS is on a standalone machine and I don't
know the server settings that I need to apply to enalbe the repository
wizard to allow me to go any further.
Surely there must be some default values that can be appplied. The wizard
asks for the computer name, port, user id and password, but I don't normally
use any of these.
I have tried my computers name (tried - DESKTOP, local, localhost, etc),
port 8080, my name and a password but to no avail.
Any advice appreciated.
