Subject:   How N-fold Cross Validation Works

When I use split-sample validation method to build a predictive model, I only need to work with one model until I'm satisfied. Now with N-fold sample cross validation, let's assume it's 5-fold, I'll have 5 models, how am I going to consolidate them? Thanks
