Subject: simple simulation programming ?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"
I've not tried to do anything resembling programming in SPSS and was wondering if it is possible to do some simple simulations. Something like:
Sample 10,000 random values from a distribution
Place the values in a data column
repeat the sampling process a few hundred times
Links or examples would be appreciated.
(I have visual basic installed and have been meaning to learn how to use it. Perhaps this would be a better approach?)
Thanks,
Michael
