Too bad this isn't working. Reserving a hotel room should be a ten minute chore, but using the recommended method has been one huge waste of time.

The "state/province" field on the credit card address form has no values to select. Therefore, the form dies on submission because of an empty field. After two phone conversations I was assured that it was a server glitch and should be fixed, if not contact this e-mail address. The address is supposed to be monitored 24/7 but I've gotten not reply and the form is still useless.

I hope others have had better luck, but I'm only going to try one more time.
