You shouldn't be getting attachments through the SAS-L list server at
UGA - I haven't since Joe made the widely applauded change of banning
them.
You will see attachments if you're reading comp.soft-sys.sas (the
newsgroup version of SAS-L) and the message originated in the newsgroup
system.

Does the list permit distributing attachments? I'd thought not -- most
don't.
