Subject: Format question...
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I am not sure how to open a file with formats without actually having to run the format statement again before opening the file. I have tried to open datasets with formats and they can't open unless I run the program with the format included. Can you help?

Thanks so much!
