I'm running proc genmod for binary repeated data.
I've got the following code:
proc genmod data=allt descending;
class id group time;
model col1=group time group*time/d=bin;
repeated subject=id/ within=time type=cs ;
run;
And I can't figure out the output. Can anyone help me???
I just have very general questions I'd like answered, like:
Is there a significant interaction between group and time?
If not, what is the overall estimate of the proportion of
success for each of the two groups?, etc.
