Jamie -

Have you tested using compression and pass-wording with SAS?  This will save
you the headache of needing an external application.

Hi there

I am looking to find a way to use SAS code to zip up some large
datasets that I want to backup.

I currently use winzip 7.0.  Is there any way I can do this?
