SAS-L,

The Dave Brumitt Tribute Video is now available for public viewing on the support.sas website. After discussing the issue with various people at SAS, we decided that I would not be distributing the original in keeping with what we felt would be the appropriate thing to do with regard to Dave's family's privacy. Dave certainly deserved that respect.

I have viewed this little video many times, as well as all of the originals over the years from which excerpts were taken and coalesced, and it still puts a smile on my face whenever I see it again. I would like to once again thank the video crew at SAS who put this video together for the 2003 SUGI SAS-L BOF. If you saw it then, take another look. If you've never seen it, do yourself a favor and take a look. It'll brighten up this gloomy Monday a bit (at least it's gloomy here in NY.)

You can see the video at http://support.sas.com/news/feature/03oct/DBrumitt.html
