Anyone who bothered to come to the SAS-L BOF at the last SUGI got
to see a highlight reel of Dave's classics.  Unfortunately, a lot of
SAS-L readers were under the delusion that only SAS-L Superstars
were welcome, so a number of readers and lurkers stayed away.  Or
maybe they were afraid that Paul Dorfman would force them to drink
zubrowka...
